We gladly accept payments via Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, & Discover. We also accept Etsy Gift Cards, feel free to purchase them here: https://www.etsy.com/giftcards.

Shipping

Certain store listings are required to be marked ‘shipped’ before they’re actually finished and shipped. This only occurs with ‘Design Reservation’ listings.

Design Voyage ships every item with a formal tracking number to prevent loss of your unique, custom items. You will receive your tracking number via email when your items ship.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Virtually every item made by Design Voyage can be custom made and personalized. Email the studio to receive an estimate on your project ideas and customization: ashley@shopdesignvoyage.com

Wedding Maps - Do I receive a proof before my wedding map is printed?

Absolutely! You'll receive an initial sketch via email 1-2 weeks after purchasing the reservation. You're able to provide us with feedback and design edits about that sketch. From that feedback we will create final calligraphy, illustrations, and finish the layout in a digital proof. You can make edits once more to the digitial proof before printing begins.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely! Each and every order that we ship includes a formal UPS or USPS tracking number. This will be emailed to via email or via Etsy.

Do you accept rush orders?

Absolutely! Rush options are available on every item in our store! Feel free to email us, we'll consider your proposal in relation to our current workload: ashley@shopdesignvoyage.com

How do I tell you how I want my map or item personalized?
