Design Voyage is a stationery studio with a unique reputation. Every item of stationery we create is entirely custom made for each client. In other words, your design is one of a kind. Many of our pieces have been published and featured on several high-profile wedding sites including: The Knot, Style Me Pretty and Magnolia Rouge.

These wax seals are custom designed for every client. They are shipped to you complete with a self-adhesive backing so you may seal your save the dates, wedding invitations, or add a beautiful touch to programs, menus and other day-of wedding stationery. They are available in the following sizes: Round 3/4" diameter, Round 1" diameter, Round 1-1/8" diameter, Round 1-3/8" diameter, and Round 1.75" diameter.

{ Process & How to Order }

1.) Send us an Etsy Conversation or Email the studio with the following information
( Studio Email: ashley(at) ):
• Your Name & Email Address
• Approximate Quantity of seals you need
• Your choice of wax color (see photos for color chart)
• Your choice of size
(sizes: Round 3/4" diameter, Round 1" diameter, Round 1-1/8" diameter, Round 1-3/8" diameter, Round 1.75" diameter)
• Your Wedding/Event Date & Requested Due Date for the seals
• Be sure to include details about your wedding, and what you're looking for. We'll follow this closely to create your original design!

2.) Upon receiving this information we'll create and email you a quote and custom listing to purchase ($10 is not the final price)
3.) We begin designing the seal and send you a proof
4.) We perform edits until you're happy with the design
5.) We order the custom seal and wax seals
6.) We create and mail you the self-adhesive seals

Certain store listings are required to be marked ‘shipped’ before they’re actually finished and shipped. This only occurs with ‘Design Reservation’ listings.

Design Voyage ships every item with a formal tracking number to prevent loss of your unique, custom items. You will receive your tracking number via email when your items ship.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Virtually every item made by Design Voyage can be custom made and personalized. Email the studio to receive an estimate on your project ideas and customization:

Wedding Maps - Do I receive a proof before my wedding map is printed?

Absolutely! You'll receive an initial sketch via email 1-2 weeks after purchasing the reservation. You're able to provide us with feedback and design edits about that sketch. From that feedback we will create final calligraphy, illustrations, and finish the layout in a digital proof. You can make edits once more to the digitial proof before printing begins.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely! Each and every order that we ship includes a formal UPS or USPS tracking number. This will be emailed to via email or via Etsy.

Do you accept rush orders?

Absolutely! Rush options are available on every item in our store! Feel free to email us, we'll consider your proposal in relation to our current workload:

How do I tell you how I want my map or item personalized?

Email your info to our studio, we'll add it to your order!
